When are the owners and the management going to keep their promise about fielding a competitive team, when the new ballpark is built?  It’s built now, but I didn’t see them doing much, if anything, during the offseason to improve the team.  This has left me discouraged with the owners and the people who do their bidding — Kasten and Bowden.
